1. Acceptance of These Terms

By checking the agreement box at checkout, completing a purchase, or using our programs and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our services.

The Natural Health Reset ("we," "us," "our") provides health coaching, education, and related program services. The specific program, length, and inclusions are described at the time of purchase and in any written agreement you sign with us. Our services are educational and do not include medical care.

2. Payment Terms

By checking the box at checkout and completing your purchase, you authorize The Natural Health Reset to charge your card for the program price shown at checkout. If you selected a payment plan, you authorize each scheduled payment as shown at checkout.

You confirm that you are the authorized holder of the card or account used, and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Refunds and Disputes

If you request a refund, or if a dispute or chargeback arises, we will work with you directly to reach a written agreement on the refund amount. Any agreed refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a 6% service fee calculated on the amount being refunded.

The service fee applies only to payments we have actually received and processed at the time of the refund. It does not apply to payments not yet charged. For example, if you are on a two-payment plan and have made one payment, the fee is calculated on that payment only.

The 6% service fee covers payment processing and administrative costs. We absorb this cost when you enroll. If a refund is issued, the fee is passed back to you and deducted from the refund. The service fee is non-refundable.

We ask that you contact us at [email protected] before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer, so we can resolve the issue together. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms, and we may submit this agreement as evidence if a dispute is filed.

4. Health and Medical Disclaimer

The Natural Health Reset is for educational and informational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and no doctor-patient relationship is created.

Always consult your physician before changing your diet, exercise, supplements, or medications. Do not stop or adjust any prescribed medication without your doctor's guidance. You are responsible for your own health decisions and for telling us about any condition that may affect your participation.

Results vary from person to person. Testimonials and client stories reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee of the same outcome. Your results depend on many factors, including your health history, effort, and consistency.
